Your initial session is 1 hour to allow for introductions and assessment.
All subsequent sessions are 1.5 hours (90 minutes) to provide ample time for deeper exploration and integration.
What to Expect in a Reiki Session at Blue Lotus Healing
A Reiki session at Blue Lotus Healing is a deeply relaxing and restorative experience designed to balance your energy, promote healing, and bring a sense of peace to your mind, body, and spirit.
The Experience:
Arrival & Intention Setting – Your session begins with a brief consultation where we discuss any emotional, physical, or energetic concerns you’d like to address. You’ll be invited to set an intention for your healing experience.
Creating a Sacred Space – The environment is infused with calming elements, including soft lighting, soothing music, and essential oils, helping you feel grounded and at ease.
Hands-On or Hands-Off Healing – You will lie down fully clothed on a comfortable treatment table. The practitioner will gently place their hands over or slightly above different energy centers (chakras) in your body, allowing Reiki energy to flow where it is needed most.
Energy Balancing & Healing – As the universal life force energy flows through you, you may experience gentle warmth, tingling, or a deep sense of relaxation. This process helps to clear energetic blockages, release tension, and restore harmony to your body’s natural energy flow.
Sound Healing & Affirmations (Optional) – To enhance the healing, we may incorporate sound healing (such as singing bowls, chimes, or tuning forks) or offer affirmations to reinforce your energetic alignment.
Closing & Integration – At the end of the session, we’ll take a few moments to ground your energy, discuss any insights that arose, and offer suggestions for self-care to maintain your balance and well-being.

All subsequent sessions will start at 2 hours to provide ample time for deeper exploration and integration.
At Blue Lotus Healing, our Reiki & Crystal Healing session is a deeply transformative experience that combines the gentle yet powerful energy of Reiki with the vibrational support of healing crystals. This session is designed to clear energetic blockages, restore balance, and promote deep relaxation and spiritual alignment.
What to Expect:
Arrival & Intention Setting – We begin with a brief consultation where you share any physical, emotional, or spiritual concerns. You’ll be invited to set an intention for the session, allowing the energy to align with your healing goals.
Crystal Selection & Placement – Based on your needs, carefully chosen ethically sourced crystals will be placed on or around your body, particularly on the chakras (energy centers). Each crystal resonates with specific energies to help clear, activate, and balance your system.
Reiki Energy Healing – While the crystals work to amplify the healing, the practitioner channels Reiki energy through gentle hand placements over your body, allowing the universal life force energy to flow where it is needed most. You may feel gentle warmth, tingling, or deep relaxation as the energy moves through you.
Sound & Aromatherapy Enhancement (Optional) – The session may be complemented with sound healing (such as singing bowls, chimes, or tuning forks) and aromatherapy mists or essential oils to enhance vibrational healing.
Closing & Grounding – As the session concludes, the crystals are removed, and we take a few moments to gently ground your energy, allowing you to feel centered and present. We’ll discuss any insights that arose and provide guidance for aftercare, including crystal recommendations or affirmations to continue your healing journey.
